Develop and implement an effective strategy for scaling up the Seller Flex
Operations across the country
- Drive innovation aimed at improving customer experience and strengthening seller relationships
- Work cross-functionally with all stakeholders, including Business Development, Product Management, Account Management, Supply Chain to run a cost-effective network of sellers and protect and improve seller experience
- Monitor cost in relation to benchmark costs Fulfillment Centers, and if necessary suggest changes to the operating model design. Maintain cost budgets as per annual business plans.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and create sustainable process improvements which drive year-on-year progress in Seller Flex operations
- Dive Deep into the root causes from a regulatory perspective which prohibit exponential scaling.
- Identify and prioritize maximum impact blockages.
- Drive process changes and product development to address such blockers
