- Plan, coordinate and ensure execution of all assigned research projects  - Work with research lead to develop an enforce research policies and procedures  - Work with research team to prepare project plans, budgets and schedules and monitor them to ensure compliance with goals, budgets and quality requirements  - Report project progress, status and resolve issues if any, on a regular basis  - Work with research lead to develop corporate engagement programs and negotiate terms and contract  - Work with research team in designing, creating and executing all faculty, alumni and student engagement programs  - Liaison between the project team(s) and funding agencies or significant parties.  - Act as primary contact for all external and internal stakeholder communication and coordination  - Assist in the recruitment, training and supervision of research staff
