Job Purpose: The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking a program which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.  Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  The Program Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:  - Define the scope of the program/activity in collaboration with senior management  - Responsibility to manage multiple programs with various stakeholders   - Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the program  - Determine the resources (time, money, etc) required to complete the program. Responsible for drafting program budgets  - Prepare strategies around the program, network, increase awareness and outreach plan for the program in geographies outside India - Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Indonesia  - Will be required to travel to these geographies on account of research work . Travel could be around 30% to 40%  Skills, Qualification and Experience:  - Should have knowledge of the development space  - Should have undertaken and executed cross - border programs in the development space  - Should have exposure in budgeting the programs   - Should be a team player, leadership - to lead from the front for the program initiatives   - A degree in Social Work or development space will be added advantage
