Program Manager - Knowledge Management for an MNC in Hyderabad.

Job Profile :

- Managing and mentoring KM Content strategist and ID Manager to sustain a very high bar for consistently clear, concise, and trustworthy user-focused content and training design.

- Analyzing customer self-service Help content demand and global CS Associate content demand to ensure that Customer Service is addressing all use cases and in the best medium.

- Driving content launch strategy for new initiatives.

- Partnering with international peers and teams to develop efficient, reliable global processes for overall content organization, strategy, and prioritization.

- Using a combination of data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to identify high impact opportunities for improvement across content areas.

- Using superior communication and leadership skills to establish and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of the Company.

- Developing and continuously interpreting metrics that assess the efficacy of content.
- Collaborating with international partner teams to implement improvements in technology for content display, publication, and management, as well as author workflows.

- Leading and implementing lean content development process improvements.

- Identifying and implementing innovative strategies for content reuse across the organization.

- Share advances in content management with internal peers and teams managing other content areas.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of web content management systems and associated web publishing processes and best practices

- Experience of multiple content forms, including mobile optimization and user experience as well as social media

- Strong analytical skills: possess the ability to quickly analyze data, draw and present conclusions with actionable steps, and measure final outcomes

- Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept reprioritization as necessary

- Strong drive to create efficient systems and processes

- Ability to negotiate with internal partners

To be in consideration for this role you must possess:

Fluency in English

Solid and proven 5+ year of program management experience

Solid and proven 5+ of people management experience

Strong Content management experience

Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Fluency in Microsoft Office application

Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

SQL skills

HTML skills

Solid understanding of web publishing technologies, website design, and search engine optimization

Localization/translation experience.
