Program Manager (Infotainment) for an IT Consulting & Product Engineering company  Position : Program Manager (Infotainment)  Location : Pune  Our client is global technology company specializing in providing IT Consulting and Product Engineering solutions and services to customers across Automotive, Manufacturing and other industries.  Role Description :   - Program manage key Infotainment projects/ programs within the organization  - General management of the programme from initiation through to closure  - Understanding customer organization's dynamics and provide inputs to team  - Define and sustain delivery process involving onsite  - Steer/Participate in meetings till stabilization of defined process (weekly & Account level Monthly meetings)  - Provide metrics to management regarding program health, costs, efforts, defects, utilization, contribution  - Ability to handle Day to Day Multiple Customer interactions (Could be various groups within customer organization)  Desired Profile :   - Around 15+ years of experience, preferably worked with automotive industry in the area of Infotainment   - Experience working with Japanese customers is preferred   - Should have handled large team (i.e. 100+) along with multiple project leaders   - Good knowledge of infotainment and infotainment program execution (Feature ramp-up, PR ramp down)  - Should have completed at least 1 infotainment program for a passenger car application  - Knowledge of planning using MSP ( This would be a real edge)  - Clear evidence of experience in managing multiple third parties/ customer/ customer's customer/ executive review
