Program Manager - DW/BI

Our client is a multinational company headquartered in the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore. It caters to the Research and Analytical needs of retail & pharmaceutical sector across America, Europe/UK, APAC and ANZ regions. .

POSITION - Program Manager - DW/BI

REPORTS TO - Delivery Head

EXPERIENCE - 10 to 15 Years

EDUCATION - B.Tech with MBA /B.Tech/Any Graduation

LOCATION - Bangalore

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- An enterprising and result oriented leader for managing & leading teams for successful delivery of client facing engagements.

- Responsible for end to end deliveries of DWH & BI projects, including Scoping, Estimation, Planning Execution; etc on-time & as per expected quality to customer.

- Drive Solution Architecture & Design, discuss with client SMEs/Technology specialists on technical aspects

- Stakeholder Expectation Management including Client Communication, Risk and Escalation Management.

- Should closely monitor and track project status and take proactive corrective actions where necessary.

- Team mentoring, accessible to team members, will be a role model on technology and personnel aspects to

his/her team members, enabling their growth. Ability to think - Out-Of-The-Box-

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Should prefer working 70% to 80% on Technology / Technical aspects

- Experience in PM & SDLC aspects - Req. & Analysis, Planning & Execution, Estimation, Risk & Escalation Management, etc. Drive projects using metrics (SV/EV/DD.. etc), of team sizes of 20+.

- Tier - 1 CMM Level 5 Companies preferred, must be conversant in managing projects using onsite- Offshore delivery model

- Should possess strong working knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts, design principles, and software architecture. End to end BI expertise, implemented at least one data integration project.

- Good customer relationship and reporting skills with experience in direct customer interaction. Strong in interpersonal written & verbal communication

- PMP Certified Professional preferred
