Program Manager - Customer Returns / Reverse Logistics for an Ecommerce MNC in Hyderabad.

Job Description :

Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to develop reliable transportation for customer returns. You will work on initiatives & Programs involving transportation, compliance, vendor management, and reverse logistics.

What you will do:

- Liaise with vendors on the transportation of customer returns

- Participate in vendor contract negotiations

- Create and manage vendor performance metrics

- Manage ongoing vendor relations

- Work closely with the technical development teams on launching new programs and solving problems

- Work closely with internal teams on program development and visibility

Basic Qualifications

What we are looking for:

- MBA from a Premier Business School currently working in a Global MNC into Program Management.

- 3 -7+ years of experience in Program Management driving SCM / Reverse Logistics Programs into operations, analytics, supply chain, and vendor management

- Technical Programs Managers are not suitable.
