Education Qualification - Engineering Graduate or MCA

Experience - 8-10 yrs

Job Description

(Must Have Experience/managerial skills)

- 1+ years of experience leading project teams with Scrum methodology and excellent verbal and written communication in English

- Strong knowledge of agile practices (especially Scrum and/or Kanban), methodologies and tools

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- 1+ year as a hands on SCRUM Master and providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

- 1+ year of IT project coordination or project management experience. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog

- 7+ years of strong SW development/engineering experience

- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

- Hands on experience on Agile development practices Seamlessly work with cross functional teams

- Ability to work with multiple teams.

- Good evaluation skills
