One of the leading Tyre Manufacturing company is looking out for production Planner  Job Title : Production Planner - Passenger Car Tyres (PCR Tyres)  Main Responsibilities :   Production Planning - Preparing monthly production for PCR tyres to meet the sales requirement, based on sales order/Forecast from different sales channels.  Capacity planning - Work on plant capacity, de-bottleneck based on product-mix changes including Budget planning for PCR- Stock allocation for multiple channels, to ensure superior service level ( 95%), Inventory control, Safety stock planning etc including computing the replenishment norms at plant warehouses  - RM and Sticker planning and co-ordination with Plants and   Purchase : Phase In-Phase Out Management and co-ordination with Plants and Technology for capacity allocation to facilitate New Product Trials.  - Proactively sense changes in demand and plan for procurement of moulds and toolings.   - Develop and circulate effective MIS for efficient management of moulds.  - Lead S&OP for PCR category.  Quality systems : Maintaining and updating quality systems and procedures, audits.  Export Deployment Planning :   Confirmation of Export Orders Shipment Plan to customers based on monthly production plan.  - Release request for container placement to Export team based on stock readiness of export orders.  OE Deployment Planning : Supervise the PCR OEM Deployment Planner to meet OE schedules.  - Mentor and coach OEM Deployment Planner  Skills & Knowledge Requirements :   Knowledge (Technical / Functional) : Good knowledge of MS-Excel, SQL & SAP MM/PP & APO   Skills :   - Good Analytical and planning skills   - Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills  Qualifications : Engg.
