15+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Production and Quality Management

- Co-ordinate, manager and monitor the workings of the production department in the organisation

- Co-ordinate activities in production to achieve planned targets and quality

- Monitor daily production output and delivery requirement

- To ensure on time delivery, understanding of products trace ability, products records and production needs.

- Analyse production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance.

- Experience in process and techniques in production.

- Provide daily MIS on consumption / production etc to management and as may be required

- Adhering to all the Statutory Compliances applicable.

- People Management and knowledge of the local language

- Responsibility of safety in the plant.
