Urgently Hiring for a leading bank in Business Banking Department at Bangalore location  Offred designation will be as per experience  Senior Manager/AVP - min 5 to 8 years  Associate Vice President/VP- min 8 to 10 years  Key Responsibilities:  Financial / productivity achievements in terms of total revenue generation net fee and top line impact on business portfolio  Meet and service trade finance related requirements of clients by liaising with operations/Product.   Cross sell of trade /treasury products to existing customers   Focused & quality client engagement in the form of client meetings with NTP/Existing customer base and to scope for business development opportunities within the portfolio  Acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the Trade finance along with the BB team in respective geographies with focused industry approach  To manage the sales for the suite of Trade Finance related across the spectrum of Bank's clients in a select location / region.   Meet the agreed objectives:  Revenue targets (fee/fx/trade NII),   Limits utilised level for trade products and associated throughputs with cross-selling/up-selling within existing portfolio.  Ensuring the regulatory health of portfolio by reducing trade regulatory outstanding items.  Periodic monitoring of client transaction patterns and report any irregular spike or slowdown in client transactions  Adhering to Trade KYC/AML guidelines, identifying transaction risk factors & mitigation  Key Competencies / skill set:  Product and Process Knowledge in the Domain (TF) including Trade Credit  Good communication and presentation skills.  Strong People Management and Relationship skills.  Strong Customer Focus  Analytical and Problem Solving   Desired Candidate Profile:  Post-Graduation MBA/CA/ Trade Certifications like CDCS/CAIIB etc  The candidate should have good working knowledge of Trade products with in-depth understanding of FEMA/RBI guidelines with relation to Import/Export transactions
