- Understanding market needs, articulating detailed business requirements, reviewing the readiness and managing the internal and external aspects of the Product  - Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the our products or competitor products for EB customers  - Reviewing the existing products on a regular basis and improvising them based on requirement and competition.  - Planning and evaluation campaigns about products in association with marketing team  Coordination among different verticals such as Marketing, Finance, Risk/Credit, HR, Operations and IT to manage the EB portfolio.  - Proactive approach and being catalyst in enhancing credit delivery and total business.  - Interaction with branch staff, customers, business department, legal and finance officials at various level to keep abreast of ongoing activities and latest changes at the ground level to quickly implement the changes in product to suite these changes.  - Planning and managing multiple states at once for Existing Book Customers
