Description: Product Manager-Exports Business, International Banking Group

Job Profile:

- Daily transaction processing (including transaction pricing) with end to end ownership of the deal from origination till expiry- recovery of charges, trade terms structuring, Trade Due Diligence, Customer KYC, meeting Internal RoE requirements etc.

- To achieve or exceed the targets on Volumes, Revenues, Profitability, Granularity/ Beneficiary Diversification, Market Penetration etc. by creating and implementing innovative services/ processes/ product proposition for customers of the Bank

- Direct interaction with Top Corporates of the Export Business and ensuring timely response and closure of their queries

- Analysis, validation and comparison of business data for guiding business strategies

- Planning, strategizing & forecasting the business performance

- Publish relevant MIS and share various business performance analysis with relevant Internal Stakeholders and Top Management

- Ensuring efficiency and plugging gaps & leakages in income stream of the business group

- Define new applicant/ beneficiary marketing models for increase in Market Penetration/ Bene Diversification and revenue models for P&L delivery plan

- Conceptualizing / implementing New Trade Finance Products within the FI domain and also driving Marketing Strategy for the same with complete Business P/L responsibilities

- Close interactions with various internal stakeholders such as other Business Groups, Operations, Legal, Compliance group etc. for new Product Development and existing trade structures

- Own overall responsibility for the various functions including Sales, Business Development, Internal Processes, profitability, Training etc. for Exports products under FI Domain
