- Responsible for all product management activities on the brand.
- New Product Launch ; Role involves design briefs, cost price negotiations, product development, pricing, and launching the product for the Indian market.
- Handle end to end development for the product.
- Launching a number of products for various channels like traditional trade, Hypermarkets, Modern trade, etc
- Pricing: Determine consumer prices for all products keeping in mind brand profitability.
- Product forecast and sales : Responsible for product forecast, allocate stocks across various channels.
- Managing in-life product performance : sales, margin and churn conducting extensive numerical analysis using sales and product information.
- Leading the development process : Identifying latest technology and trends in the category via international fairs, liaison with the design, sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure desired output
- Responsible for developing sales material for the sales team; build awareness through social media, PR and CRM
- Consumer meets for product feedback and insights
