Product Manager/Product Marketing - ERS Solutions - IT

Location: Chennai/Noida/Hyderabad

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market for ERS solutions

- Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of products

- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements and positioning.

- Product launch - plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

- Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them

- Demand generation - develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for your products

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Manage a set of junior product managers

Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of product management/marketing experience with few years of experience in a field facing role.

- Master's in business or marketing

- Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experience a strong plus.

- Very strong written communication skills

- Willing to travel (Domestic/International) on short trips

Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
