Key Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing programs for existing product portfolio. Identify and delineate market conditions for future programs to expand sales and profitability

- Deliver market expansion strategies that target market access and awareness - Analyze and interpret market conditions in existing and potential markets, make recommendations to management

- Responsible for driving and achieving sales and profit objectives for the given brand/brands.

- Undertake portfolio management that includes pricing, product mix, product rationalization, promotion, logistics, forecasting, etc.

- Create and work with Advisory boards for developing guidelines and understanding the disease area.

- Assist sales force through the provision of research, creation and enhancement of sales support and presentation materials

- Ensure quality and consistent marketing communication with both internal and external stakeholders

- Explore new ways to promote existing products, provide inputs for existing product modifications in line with company policies.

- Establish and preserve key customer and strategic partnerships for market development

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 24 months service in the current role

- MBA / Diploma in Marketing Management from a reputed (A / B) category Institute
