Job Role:
- Responsible for developing offerings for the country including: product strategy, product definition and launch and commercialisation aligning it with the Bank's strategic and regional imperatives, and communicating the same to sales channel
- New Product Development as per client needs or market opportunities.
- Developed standard target market and pricing policies for products
- Work closely with Relationship Mangers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality and Technology in executing business process re-engineering and product customization.
- Responsible for the PNL for Cash Management product for Pan India Businesses across Segments like Large and Mid Corporates, SME and Retail businesses.
- Training and development of sales channel
- Ensuring product and process modifications to comply with the regulatory guidelines
- Reviewing the existing process and ensure enhancements for better service delivery and reduction of inherent risks in the processes
- Initiate market study for bank entering into Global cash management business through its foreign branches.
Experience Required:- Candidate must have an experience of 2 - 3 Years into product management development and launch and implementation of Payment product
