Our Client is a mobile payments company that allows users to send and receive money through different channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, pay for utility services and shop at online & offline merchants.

Our Client is India's first mobile wallet to be live on IMPS (Immediate Payment Service) platform of the NPCI, which enables 24X7 instant money transfer to any bank account in India.

But we are not stopping here - we plan to revolutionize mobile payments in India and we need rockstars to join us in realizing that vision!

Role : Product Manager (4 positions)

Reports into: VP - Product and Distribution

Location: Gurgaon

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Exp Range: Minimum 2 years Post Qualification.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Bachelors in Engineering (preferably Computer Science or IT) from Tier 1 Colleges

- MBA preferred but not mandatory (Candidates from Tier 1 colleges would be preferred)

- Atleast 2 years of experience in a product management role in an internet company

- Experience with a start-up is preferred

- A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is a necessary criterion

Ideal Product Manager will be passionate and will deliver an un-parallel user experience to help establish E-wallet as India's preferred mobile payment application. The product manager will create a strategy and roadmap for wallet's product vertical; build the features based on business impact and work cross functionally to deliver the product roadmap.

Job description:

- Taking the ownership of the product vertical (web & mobile) and preparing quarterly product plan with customer acquisition targets, budget and actions.

- Create product requirement documents, wireframes & collaborate with design and technology team to ensure product requirements are properly translated to live application.

- Oversee and manage the product on daily basis by rigorously monitoring key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.

- Develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.

- Continuously track and monitor the competition and gather information from multiple sources (consumer research, partners) to develop insights, and translate findings into action.

- Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for marketing communication for the product vertical.

- Work closely with marketing team, creative agencies & analytics team to design & implement product campaigns.

- Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations

- Work with various support teams to manage operational issues.
