Product Manager - Mobile Banking

A leading MNC bank is looking for a Product Manager for its Mobile banking applications. The JD is given below:

- Lead a team of usability consultants to enhance & optimize the Citi Mobile banking application across Android and IOS platforms

- Lead a team of designers and usability consultants to fully design Citi Mobile banking application in Windows platform

- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the Mobile banking applications to Citi customers

- Liaise with the Consumer business teams to enhance and refine Citi Mobile banking apps.

- Collaborate with various internal business teams to ensure compliance to various regulatory and audit requirements

- Strategize and plan on continuous improvement by refining the features of Mobile banking apps to increase usability and improve customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Financial services/ banking/Product Management. Experience in Mobile apps would be an added asset.

- MBA from Tier 1 B schools
