Product Manager (Need from - Accenture & Deloitte)   Description:   The Product Manager is a key team member at Zapr Media Labs, taking ownership of product strategy and product roadmap for a set of products across the breadth of our ad-tech stack (publisher facing or demand facing) or our data analytics suite. They will be working very closely with the business teams, project management teams, data sciences teams and engineering teams, to ensure that innovative products and product features are developed quickly and effectively. They will also support the operations team and the client-facing teams and continually find ways to improve efficiency and client experience and service.   Supply side products are products built for various apps and publishers to increase the adoption of the ZAPR SDK. Demand side products includes innovative ad formats, innovative targeting mechanisms. Data products refer to the suite of data analytics products built on top of the Zapr's massive data repositories catering to our brand and agency partners.   Another aspect of the role is to map the competitive landscape, and they will be responsible for leveraging their competitive intelligence into defining product features which will add to ZAPR's differentiation in the industry.   Key Requirements:   - 3+ years of product management and product strategy experience at a top-tier startup, or technology-centric firm   - Prior experience with the ad-tech or media-tech industry is preferred, but not mandatory   - Deep technical background - engineering degree from a Tier 1 college or equivalent - is strongly preferred   - Capable of leading and working with cross-functional teams with a high bias towards action and operating with extreme discipline   - Must have very strong communication skills - written and verbal
