Product Manager - MBA & Banking Courses - EduTech

As a Product Manager - MBA and Banking Courses, you will be responsible for the product roadmap and delivery of various product aspects of these courses in the classroom, web and mobile app. You will be responsible for complete product ownership inside the company and your role will encompass all aspects for MBA and banking courses.

They operate across a broad spectrum of segments in the education industry, including Test preparation and training services, Publishing and content development, Vocational training programs implemented under Government schemes in various states across India and also run a K-12 school chain. The company is a publicly listed entity headquartered in Delhi.

The key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Ownership of company's MBA and banking test prep courses' product roadmap

- Identify product improvements to improve the learning experience

- Benchmark against global standards and identify the market gaps

- Drive Uniformity in the delivery of product across the delivery centres

- Measure student engagement with various elements of the product and suggest improvements

- Perform data analysis and make sound business and product related decisions

- Work closely with business, academics and technology teams to ensure that product objectives are met

- Perform market research, monitor competitive landscape and incorporate new developments in mobile, analytics and internet into the MBA and banking test prep courseware

Candidate Profile:

- Exemplary academic track record

- Relevant qualification - MBA and/or banking educational background

- Candidates who have passed banking exams and SSC are ideal for the handling the banking prep products

- Ability to make business decisions about the product

- Ability to work with data and make data driven decisions

- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Passion for learning and self growth

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Relevant educational background as per product managed
