Key Roles and Responsibilities:  1. This includes articulating the customer value proposition, mapping the long-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, release, and growth of Kitchen Appliance products.   2. Formulate product roadmaps, analyze customer & market needs and be deeply involved in the definition & development of User Interface requirements for the given set of products.   3. Manage multiple Kitchen appliance products through the entire lifecycle including the maintenance of ongoing product roadmap and product schedule.   4. Interface across the company as the expert on specific domain and products & work closely with various groups to plan and manage product deliveries to global markets  5. To launch new products successfully all over India.  6. Strategic Development for Product Sourcing.  7. Devising marketing tools to increase penetration.  8. Ensuring profitability of new product deliverable  9. Launching customer oriented campaigns to push sales  10. Conducting training at National and Zonal levels for new product launch.  11. Timely training and technical support to sales team to penetrate new accounts  12. Working with application team for smooth functioning of product in the field and troubleshooting  13. Strategic Ideas for developing Marketing Tools such as Mailers, Brochures, Pamphlets, Technical Bulletins etc  14. Field evaluation of products which are developed by R&D  15.
