Looking for "Product Managers" for a company based out in Delhi-NCR.  Key Responsibilities:  - Understand customer needs and pain points and hence define the product working with cross functional teams  - To work closely with supplier-facing contracting team, analyze past demand-supply curve to forecast future requirements, and hence help secure and structure best deals and sufficient inventory for the customers.  Must have good experience (min 3 yrs) in Product Management:  - Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live.  - Conversions targets for Product detail page and Navigation Pages (Category/Brand page, Store fronts) & maximization of website conversion.  - Drive customer conversions and increase customer delight via system interventions as well as impactful contacts/leads management  - Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication.  - Preparation of yearly product plan with financial targets and actions.  - Ownership of the product   - Oversee and manage the product on daily basis.  - Continuously tracking and monitoring the competition and preparing benchmark report on the same.  - Collaborate with usability and technology team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same.  Regularly co coordinating with:  - Product Team.  - Design/Usability Team.  - Technology Team & QA Team.  - Marketing Team.  - Business development/contracting team.  Candidates with good pedigree will be preferred.
