M/AVP - Product Manager - Institutional Business / TASC (Trust, Associations, Societies & Clubs

Opportunity with a bank in mumbai

Business driver for TASC segment through implementation of infrastructure support, joint customer visits, product & process trainings & MIS support.

- Create customized segmented propositions/ products (viz customized products for religious institutions, hospitals, educational institutions, housing societies, clubs, associations)

- KYC simplifications in consultation with the relevant stakeholders, query and discrepancy handling on case to case basis to facilitate acquisition

- Ensure effectiveness through Campaigns and Reward and Recognitions Programs

- Develop, Revise and Improve Customer Engagement Plan & Retention Pan for Savings Account holders

- Drive & support XSell of CMS products

- Track portfolio profitability and define corrective actions

- Review and define channel requirements for business

- Monitor hiring of channel and effective training & knowledge management

- Define and track scorecards for channel resources

- Enhance resource productivity

- Innovate to enhance product features and customer experience at customer level

- Identify scope of process enhancements and drive process improvements basis feedback and business requirements

- Co-ordinate with various internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address queries and discrepancies

Key Skills: -MBA Degree from Tier I/ Tier II colleges

- Good knowledge about the TASC business

- At least 5-6 yrs prior experience in managing Product. Experience in the same industry would be preferred.

- Vendor/ business partner management skills would be a plus

- Should have the business acumen to understand the payments industry and help the organization develop new products/ services

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence cross functional team decisions

- Should be a team player with strong problem solving skills

- Decision making skills is a must

- Advanced skills in Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel
