Product Manager - Healthcare/Pharma

Position: Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Qualifications / Work experience:

2-4 years exp in a Product Management role in a MNC Pharma or Healthcare company.

- Should be an MBA from a reputed institute.

Job Profile:

- Develop and implement product strategy and roadmap

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

- Perform product demos to customers

- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals

- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast

- Develop sales tools and collateral

- Conducting KOL engagement programmes, Advisory Boards, Doctor Meets, Group meetings, CMEs & RTMs with doctors.

- Propose an overall budget to ensure success

- Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings

Qualities/Competencies:

- Results driven and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability achieve measurable goals

- Excellent technical presentation skills for group and one-on-one presentations

- Able to work effectively with sales teams in planning and executing account strategies.
