Job Description - The person will be responsible for the developing and managing brand Pan India Designing and suggesting the right Speaker configuration as per the client requirement

- Yearly Sales Target achievement

- Managing Distribution Channel

- Responsible for complete execution of project from enquiry generation to successful commissioning by supervising Installation

- Devising strategies to Increase market Share

- Managing following businesses:

- Develop Sound Rental segment:

- Promoting brand in Sound rental companies pan India

- Develop Installed sound segment:

- Tender business, Strategic association with System Integrators, AV consultants

- Training and development of In-house sales team and distributor's sales team Marketing initiatives:

- Take initiatives for increasing the sales and increasing awareness of L'Acoustics products Support Marketing in developing marketing plans, external messaging, and sales and marketing collateral Build effective sales collateral like case studies, brochures and presentations

- Competition Tracking:

- Review and interpretation of the competition activities and timely feedback

The Successful Candidate - You should have Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Reputed College. You should be experienced in designing and suggesting the right solution/configuration of PA speakers. You should have experience of working with Sound Rental companies, Installed sound segment which comprises of High end Pubs, Bar, Auditorium, performing Art centre, sports arenas, House of Worship, Hotels & Resorts . Excellent written & verbal communication skill
