Job Purpose:
The role would be responsible for managing the product life cycle including product design, development, positioning, launch and maintenance to ensure best-in-class customer experience for HIS FTTX
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Lifecycle Management
- Define Product vision and value propositions
- Ensure effective product engineering and development, integration and UAT
- Communicate new product features and their associated customer, operational, system and process impacts to various internal stakeholders
2. Go-To-Market Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
3. Customer Service Excellence
- Identify existing & latent customer need for enhancement of services
- Develop new features and functionalities to enhance customer experience
- Support resolution of issues that customers may face in the product
4. P&L and Product Performance reporting
- Ensure achievement of product P&L targets
- Ensure preparation of product dashboards to track product performance
5. Market Intelligence
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Develop Product Manuals
- Develop clear and easy-to-use product manuals
