Product Manager - eCommerce

Role & Responsibility:

1. Define the product strategy and roadmap

2. Deliver BRDs and FRDs with prioritized features and corresponding commercial justification

3. Work with the development team to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new products

4. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

5. Work with Marketing, Sales, Engineering and CRM teams to provide product expertise and guidance.

6. Be an expert with respect to the competition

7. Act as a leader within the company

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager (preferably in a Internet company)

2. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

3. 1-2 years of experience in a role in a software company

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not a requirement)

6. Technical background will be an added advantage but not required

7. Excellent teamwork skills

8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

9. Knowledge and experience in travel technology domain eCommerce/eRetail background with products that are data analytics driven will be an advantage but is not required

10. Experience in managing team of business analysts preferred
