Product Manager ( Brands ) -- MNC Electrical Fittings Major ( BE / BTECH )
- Developing and implementation of annual and quarterly calendar of marketing activities in line with business strategy.
Key role includes devising brand communications and thereby aligning with key stakeholders (interface) and agencies (creative, media - ATL / BTL) for planning and execution of brand plan.
Competitor comparison and product benchmarking. Identifying target segments and understanding client requirements.
BTL: Increasing Counter level visibility through branding and merchandising, Exhibitions, On Ground Activations, Product launches and other innovative activities
Budget Planning:
- Designing and executing training modules, schemes, events, conferences & BTL activities for channel partners.
- Handling on ground activations and visibility campaigns
- Visiting markets PAN India to understand internal and external business challenges and develop strategy to overcome the same.
Candidate Requirement :
- BE / BTECH is a must, MBA would be an added advantage
