We have an urgent requirement for Product Manager - Asphalt & Concrete Batch Mixing Plant (will be heading the Dept.) for Vadodara location .

Position: Product Manager - Asphalt & Concrete Batch Mixing Plant (will be heading the Dept.)

Grade: Senior Management

Location: Vadodara

Qualification: BE/Dip in Mechanical/Civil

Experience: 8 - 12 years + in the relevant field.

Age: 38 - 50 Years

CTC: No constraint for suitable candida

Job responsibility:

- Looking for dynamic, result oriented Product Manager (Sales / Marketing) to handle marketing Asphalt and Concrete Batch Mixing Plants in the Western Region.

Roles:

- Branch Management.

- Product management is an organizational lifecycle function within a company dealing with the planning, forecasting, R&D, marketing and Sales of a product or products at all stages of the product lifecycle.

- Looking into the profitability of the branch in whole and emphasizing on proper product mix.

- Establishing goals, short term and long term budgets, forecasts and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals.

- Managing process like business planning and monitoring performance.
