Product Lead/ Product Head (Consumer Platforms experience is must)

Opportunity: The opportunity is with a highly respected business group with - USD 1.2Bn Sales. The group is amongst the top 3 companies in the sectors it operates. The group has been operating various digital businesses for the last 1 year. To scale each of theses businesses, the group is looking to hire a great product and digital team. The product team will work across multiple ventures.

Who are We looking at Hiring :

- An individual who can lead by example and work on building innovative products for the company. You should have a keen interest in digital space - both internet and mobile and have an experience of being part of a high growth set-up.

- You should able to drive and launch the current features under development swiftly and flawlessly and be able to look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking products which would help the end user and clients.

- You can conceptualise new products which could potentially provide alternate streams of revenue & prove to be category growth drivers.

- You should have the adaptability to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic culture and work on building innovative products for the Online Property Portal.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in product roles in the consumer internet space.

- The Product Head / Product Lead will have the opportunity to shape the future of multiple ventures.

Key Deliverable :

- Look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking products which would be really helpful for the user.

- Manage all aspects of site; deliver highly scalable, usable and differentiated products.

- Conceptualize products which could be new streams of revenue & category growth drivers.

Desired Attributes :

- Keen eye towards understanding consumers, their pain areas and their behaviour on the site.

- Ability to manage and drive teams hard to performance

- Appreciation of tech architecture

- Should currently be managing a website with approx. traffic 1 mn per month

- Strong demonstrated performance in previous organizations
