Product Head- Lingerie  Handling Product Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing & Buying.  Role & Responsibilities:  Overall:  - Understand the Brand DNA and perception of existing as well as potential consumers.   - Arrive at a product matrix including new categories and / or products (brand extensions) to increase the offering for existing consumers and bring in new consumers to the brand.  - Drive innovations in packaging development factoring in marketing inputs on the same   Design & Product Management:  - Understand the overall Business plan and channel-wise requirements to arrive at the guidelines for product-MRP mix for the various seasons.  - Plan the design cycle for every season spanning research, range design, sampling and design handover; assign deliverables and timelines to the team members based on design & merchandize calendar   - Interpret the creative head’s inputs and guide the design team on the season's collection as well as VM and marketing support  - Oversee the range design from a creative as well commercial perspective and provide inputs as required  - Monitor the sampling stage to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, cost control and alignment to pricing guidelines  - Ensures that a winning line is presented to the customers during the roadshow and inspires confidence in the buyers to invest in the collection.  - Facilitates Production Handover to Sourcing and SCM for order execution  - Monitors sell-through across channels and drives any corrective action required based on market trends or business requirements.  Candidates should have an experience in Lingerie category.   Qualification- Any.  CTC- Negotiable  Savita
