Product Head - Internet Domain/Mobile - IIT/IIM/NIT

Currently we have requirement for Product Head position for one of our client which is a Product based company catering to ecommerce/ Media domain.

Position : Product Head

Qualification : Graduate from IIT/ IIM/NIT/ Any Premium Institutes

Experience : 5+ Yrs

Location : Bangalore

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision and strategy for the company.

- Understand consumer and customer needs so product vision solves real problems and provides real value.

- Develop product road map that creates great consumer experiences and business growth.

- Manage a team of Product Managers and UI Designers to define a great user centric product.

- Work closely with the management team to prioritize technology projects.

- Work closely with technology team to deliver quality product.

Skills/Experience Requirements

- Extensive experience in consumer Internet domain.

- Ability to understand user personas to define the product.

- Ability to drive product decisions using data.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

- Must be tech-savvy with the ability to understand technology capabilities and processes.

- Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus.

Education/Other Pre-Requisites

- Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree a plus.

- 5+ years leading product development teams, with demonstrated experience of developing innovative solutions.
