Product Head- EFS and Agri  Looking for Product Head - EFS and Agri for an NBFC based out in Bangalore.  Job Description :   - Manage and drive the products of Agri and EFS business  - Budgeting  - Set up, monitor progress  - Managing the product development cycle from conceptualization till launch of new products-focus supply chains like vegetable, direct retail farmers loans  - Partnering with Strategic IT and businesses to design and launch new products and modify existing products  - Monitoring customer satisfaction with regard to new products and ensure delivery of value added products and services  - Developing and rolling out product policies. Working closely with Marketing and Credit Risk teams and contributes actively to product/policy manual.  - Ensuring new products are compliant   - Ensuring that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures  - Understanding of Agriculture Loan market and SME market
