- Must be 1999-2002 batch Premium B-schools or Engineering pass-out with relevant experience in Banking Industry

Job Brief:

My client a Global IT company dealing in BFSI solutions based in Noida, is looking for seasoned professional to assist the global product head for their CMS solutions vertical.

- This position is based in Noida. CMS is an existing practice of the company, and they are looking out for a seasoned business leader who can assist the product lead in managing the entire global P&L responsibility of this product line.

The role will involve and not be limited to the following aspect:

- The incumbent will be required to bring in thought leadership and strategic insight in the domain of cash management solutions and establish a charter for the organisation.

The role brief:

- Conceptualize, initiate and design product offering in the domain of Cash management solutions

- Anticipate /study end user requirement and workout the blue print of product offering.

- Ensuring product profitability, benchmarking, market coverage, regulatory compliance, liaison with IT, Risk, Compliance and Operations.

- Own business targets and maintaining overall product profitability

- In charge of Budgeting, Resource planning, MIS, Pricing ,stakeholder approvals

- Regular market assessment and benchmarking with best practices

Desired profile for the role- the role is techno-commercial and hence the incumbent should posses a sound working knowledge in the said domain and have a strong business.

- Bring in entrepreneurial zeal and ownership for the product line

- Ability to visualize the bigger picture and proficient in analyzing system needs, evaluating end user requirement , sensitive to regulatory climate

- Expertise in working with varied stake holders both internal and external

- Established program management skills

- Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity

- Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to Cash Management
