Procurement Ops Manager - Compliance, Assurance and Security

If from Tier 1 BE/ B Tech Institute than 5 Years of experience.

If from Tier 2 B.E/ B Tech Institute than 7+ Years of Experience

MBA-Would be an added Advantage

Designation: Procurement Manager – Compliance, Assurance & Security (2B)

Location:- Bangalore

- No direct reportees, doing compliance across the globe

- Its a new position reporting to Hiring Manager – (UK based)

- Its not an IT position but hardcore operational role

- Education : Engg. Degree from Tier I/II . MBA preferred.

- Can look for Tier II institutes but with more years of relevant experience.

- Exp: 5 + years

JOB Description:

- Candidate should have worked with global teams.

- Open to look at people who has worked with virtual teams across globe.

- Should have knowledge in IT database management

- Supplier & Vendor Management through 3P. Though not directly interacting but Candidate will be directing Suppliers through these 3P.

- The person will ensure that suppliers are complying to the (Client Name) policies.

Candidate will ensure that database managed by 3P are updated regularly .

Candidate will strive towards continuous improvement.

- 2 core responsibilities

1.) Database Compliance i.e. managed by 3P organizations &

2.) Vendor Management

- 20% travel involved (like Candidate will be interacting with vendors & these 3P co. across)

Eg: New Supplier – Has to register in database- To do tie up with (Client Name)

These suppliers have to comply to (Client Name) rules & fill certain forms & has to undergo audit which are managed by the Database management companies (3P). These database managing companies help (Client Name) in managing their supplier database. Thus, the Procurement Manager-Compliance will keep a check on these 3P companies & Vendors & ensure that both of them are complying as per (Client Name) policies.
