Main Responsibilities:
- ITSM technical and process expertise (4+)
- Experience with facilitating ITSM workshops and developing client maturity model, GAP analysis
- Experience within IT Software/Services Sales Organisations
- Demonstrated experience in supporting ITSM-oriented Solutions/Services.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 and IT Service Management including processes, business, industry, and market
- Experience working across Senior IT and technical teams

- Ability to understand client requirements and assist sales team in closing new business

- Responsible for developing technical solutions,
- Participating in delivering consultative services,
- Solution costing,
- Implementation planning,

Experience & Qualification:
- 10+ years
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- ITSM Consultant with certification (ITO companies)
- ITSM practitioner with industry experience (large Enterprise clients)
- Min of 4 years- experience within IT Software/Services Sales Organisations
- Demonstrated experience in supporting ITSM-oriented Solutions/Services.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3 and IT Service Management including processes, business, industry, and market
- Able to demonstrate implementation strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis
- Specific expertise in Operations Management
- Experience with developing Organisation structure and role alignment
- Experience writing operational run books
- Experience working across Senior IT and technical teams
