Process Member - Domestic Sales & Marketing   Hiring for a 'Domestic Sales & Marketing', will be responsible for Domestic Sales & Marketing of optical fibre and optical fibre cables (OFC).  Major responsibilities:Order Execution, Interaction with Plant & Customer, Tender preparation.  Level: 5  Qualification & Experience:  - B. Tech(Mechanical or Electronics or Electrical) freshers seeking career opportunities in marketing function. OR  - Full Time MBA with B. Tech(Mechanical or Electronics or Electrical).Preferred MBA/BE with 2-3 years of experience.  Function:  Sales and Marketing - Order Execution, Interaction with Plant and Customer, Tender preparation.  Principal Accountability:   - Order execution (preparation of OP form, PI and maintaining the database) & payment collection  - Tender work & participation knowhow is preferable.  - Smooth and fast execution of order by maintaining proper interaction with Plant as well as customer.  - Travelling to plant and Customers   Essential Requirements:  2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, tender preparation preferably in telecom industry   Key Qualities:  - Excellent Communication Skill  - Multi-tasking ability  - Must be willing to travel  - Knowledge with SAP/Sales Force systems will be additional advantage  - Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, word (MS OFFICE)  - Logistics and INCO terms knowledge will be a plus   CTC: Attractive salary with good incentives(3-12 lakhs depending on the experience)
