Process Leader - Supply Chain - eCommerce

Our Client : A Leading eCommerce Organisation

Purpose of the role: To lead implement and streamline processes in areas like vendor management, partner management, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and reverse logistics.

Major Responsibilities:

- To provide thought leadership as a subject matter expert

- Lead the development of mature processes thereby laying the roadmap for a scalable future

- Chart-out flows which include Physical, Information and Order flows

- Establish Frameworks for delivery and execution

- Implement industry best practices and drive compliance across the organisation

- Support related deployments and roll-outs

- Provide tactical level support and hand-holding to the various teams as required

Ideal Candidate:

- 10- 12 years experience in end to end supply chain and Retail/ FMCG verticals

- Demonstrated capability of providing thought leadership

- Familiarity to the eCommerce business model

- Graduate degree in engineering, preferably an MBA from a premier B School
