To drive Process Excellence Initiatives in respective departments as per the Quality Plan of company (Functional Alignment) - Process Management, Performance Measurement, Improvement Projects and Competency Development.
Identify areas and initiate continuous improvements initiatives within the scope via leading and mentoring cross functional process improvement projects by using appropriate quality methodologies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 – Process Standardization, BPMS, and Kaizen initiatives and inculcate quality culture in the employees.
Gauge function’s health and constantly monitor process performance by analyzing process dashboards. In addition spearhead one of the initiative for the company viz. Competency building, Process Performance Monitoring & analytics, Workplace Management and Knowledge Management.
Our Client need Six Sigma Green belt certified (with min 3 to 4 green belt projects exp) or six sigma black belt trained candidates (certification not mandatory but experience in black belt projects).
