- Reports to: Head - Analytics

- Location: Bangalore

Role Description:

- Understand business challenges\requirements, design and deliver analysis & mathematically model the requirements.

- Exploratory data analysis. Visualize and communicate findings from data analysis.

- Build robust risk, revenue and credit decisioning models and take them to implementation.

- Design and implement new, advanced analytic technologies and solutions.

Desired Skills:

- Proficient with statistical techniques such as logistics regression, multivariate regression, customer segmentation, CHAID, Random forest, survival analysis etc

- Strong data manipulation skills using SQL, R and familiarity with relational database design

- Ability to develop models using R or other tools like SAS, Python etc.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and visualization.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Qualifications and Experience:

- 3 - 5 years- experience ideal

- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Econometrics

- Experience in financial services, banking would be a plus
