We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will work on building the business program for one of Prione's exciting new initiatives and help scale the initiatives to millions of SMBs. He/She should be ready to wear multiple hats (Program Management, Business Development, Awareness Generation) depending on the program requirement.   Some of the key focus areas are listed below:  - Deep dive to understand ambiguous business problems and design solutions for the same.  - Analyse and identify program blockers, create a road-map to address these blockers and then work with different stakeholders across the organization to implement this roadmap.  - Design processes and reporting systems including tracking mechanisms and KPIs.  - Interface with various internal and external stakeholders. He/she will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.  - Should be equally comfortable in interacting with Senior Management and diving deep to define processes and be completely hands-on when required.  - The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Prione's core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices.  This position is based out of Prione's Bangalore office and could involve some travel to different locations within India.  Basic Qualifications:   - Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.  - 6+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar Program/Project/Product Management role.  - Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.  - Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making and ability to drive business/operations metrics.  - Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.  - Collaborative working style.
