Position Title : E-commerce Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

- The Digital Product Manager, eCommerce will measure and analyze the impact of existing functionality while collaborating with the analytics team, eMarketing to develop and execute market competitive research plans to ensure key decisions are based on sound insights and marketplace facts.

- Manage "product" life-cycles from concept to launch to ongoing development

- Work with Marketing and Innovation to develop new and innovative marketing solutions

- Prioritizing the product backlog, contributing to sprint planning, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

- Gaining insight and driving business decisions using quantitative and qualitative web analytics data

- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and interviews with Teams and/or stakeholders

- Distill information gathered from Teams and stakeholders into clear, concise requirements.

- Participate in requirements prioritization with project team.

- Work with project stakeholders to define project scope and set goals for project phases.

- Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for selected solutions and developing applications, able to explain intricacies and caveats, and to provide solutions as issues arise.

- Identify strengths and weaknesses of products/modules/application and suggest areas of improvement.

- Create and manage requirements and traceability matrices for all assigned projects.

- Work directly with IT, web designers, and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements throughout project cycles.

- Write use cases and testing plans that capture project goals.

- Participate in and track quality assurance efforts and testing against authored testing plans.

- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and compile results.

Job Requirements

- 2-4 years of relevant experience (in a business requirements analyst role)

- Strong awareness of online technology trends and solutions with the ability to factor into product planning, create strategy and support business objectives

- Excellent creative, problem solving and strategic thinking ability with strong analytical skills
