Description

This role will be based out of Mumbai or Delhi. As a Principal/Engagement Manager, your primary responsibilities will constitute:

- Deal with the client directly to clearly understand its needs and issues, and to provide possible solutions for the client's consideration

- Advise clients beyond business issues and help them define the strategic direction for their organisation

- Take a leading role in building both current and new client relationships for the firm

- Be the thought leader guiding all of the work-streams reporting to you

- Oversee and guide consultant teams during projects and provide active mentorship on an on-going basis

Profile

- You must have 6-8 years of post-qualification experience with a leading strategic Consulting firm in India/ overseas

- You must have a Masters in Business or well-reputed equivalent from a top-tier institute (IIT's/IIM's/Ivy league)

- You must be capable of providing direction and leadership in order to build a strong team environment

- You must have the zeal to take initiatives to drive efforts to results

- You must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
