Opening with leading Research -Digital Marketing Firm in Bangalore  Looking for Relevant- 8-11 years of experience - Principal Lead  You will be part of a team that will have expertise in building global brands with a focus on consumer insights.  Primary Responsibilities -   - Responsible for research design, execution, and story driven delivery of recommendations for primary research projects requiring advanced analytics.  - Responsible for assuring data accuracy & interpreting the data and creating an initial report design   - Personally completing required work tasks such as data analysis, program checking, tab checking, populating reports.  Review data tables and crosstabs   Develop the analysis plan   Communicate with client lead to insure alignment between project story and other data presented to client  Synthesize the story points and be able to create a full research deck   Requirements -   - 8+ years - experience in market research, and performing advanced statistical analysis   - Strategy & Innovation experience preferred   - Proficiency in such analytical techniques and - products - as cluster analysis, conjoint analysis (including Discreet Choice Modelling, Max Diff, CHAID or TURF, Key driver analysis, Net Promoter Scores)  - Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and customer-service skills  - Superior time management and organization skills; must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under relatively narrow time constraints   - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills; effectively uses numbers to gain understanding and/or illustrate a point   - Independent self-starter who is persistent, resourceful, and inherently curious
