Principal/Lead Consultant/Account Manager - Talent Acquisition - BFSI/Consulting

Looking for a Talent Acquisition professional for our executive search division for BFSI & Strategy Management Consulting Vertical.

Incumbent must have the following:

- Minimum 3 Years of experience into BFSI or Management Consulting domain.

- Client engagement exposure, handling end to end recruitment cycle for all levels.

- Experience of handling a team of 2- 3 people.

Will be responsible for:

- Developing business for respective verticals.

- Meeting up clients, following up and advising on the mandates being handled.

- Sourcing profiles through Social Networking sites, Industry mapping and Headhunting.

- Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are met along with team target.

- Mentoring and developing new joinees in the team.
