- Business Transformation Experience is Mandatory .
- The role is of a Principal Consultant - Business Transformation Services is to assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value.
Responsibilities :
- Provide consulting support to solve business problems in supply chain domain (especially order management and other customer service operations).
- Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'tobe' processes.
- Analyze/ capture client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops if necessary, perform fit gap analysis, carry out bench-marking studies, resolve complex requirements.
- The Solutions may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge.
- Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts
Key Skills Required :
- Strong consulting / program management skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Sourcing and Procurement Domain Expertise in areas like Sourcing, Category Management, Spend Management, Tail Spend, Procurement, Order Management / Fulfillment etc.
- Exposure to one or more of the following industries will be an advantage: Consumer Products, Manufacturing (Discrete and Continuous), Telecom and Hi-tech, healthcare and life sciences
- Creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies
