This is essentially a technology sales profile. The person will be expected to manage a team and setup processes and deliver on results. Channel Development will also be a key KPI.  Being among the first few BD members in a startup, the individual is expected to learn systems and processes rapidly and deliver right from the beginning.   We- re a small team of 15-20 members, working closely to change the way retailers look at technology. The advantages of working in a startup are a very steep learning curve, independence in decision making and an ability to make a very strong impact with every decision.
