PrettySecrets - Manager - Compensation & Business Human Resource

Job Responsibilities :

- We are looking for an HR Manager to play a leadership role at PrettySecrets. The person must be passionate about HR and deep understanding of Compensation and benefits, best practices and will be a part of the core team.

- The person will play a key role in defining and executing our overall direction and strategy.

The person will be responsible for :

- Defining the scope of our technology solutions and services for HR

- Head Payroll and compensation for the organization

Software Used : Preferably someone who has worked on Greyt HR software.

Skills and Competencies :

- 2-6 years experience in functions across HR

- Should have exposure across compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance and other core HR functions

- Should have exposure to local regulations, best practices in HR and Labor

- Should be aware of and have exposure in implementing systems and process to improve HR efficiency, streamlining processes, and cost reduction

- Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude

- Strong Analytical and organizational skills

Salary range : 8 - 9 LPA
