President  - Overall responsibility of P&L of the division - 500 Cr. Shall develop and be responsible in achieving division's Operating plan, medium term and long term plan as set along with CEO and Steering Committee .  - Shall lead the team for business development and growth of the division for all verticals i.e OEM, After-Market and Exports.  - Be responsible for all operational decisions and for effective running of manufacturing facilities, attainment of production targets, maintaining quality and safety standards, on time delivery of orders and planning and coordinating the activities of different departments  - Work with functional & operational colleagues to develop & implement effective & sustainable operational strategies by providing leadership and direction for all activities  - Development of short term (operating) & long term (strategic) objectives, in accordance with knowledge of the marketplace & its dynamics.   - Lead and foster innovation in products and processes throughout the business vertical.  - To understand customer expectations and lead a team to perform well towards achieving set targets with the Plant heads  - Results-oriented; consistently exceeded goals in rapidly changing and highly competitive environments.  - Consistently improve volumes and help gain market share  - Formulate Annual Operational Plan incorporating  - Goals & Targets (Market share, volumes and profitability  - Budgeting  - Cost cutting /Cost saving  - Optimum resource utilization
